We will offer a full refund provided you tell us in writing within 14 days of the delivery. The products must be unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition. The delivery fee is non-refundable except for circumstances where the product is damaged, or an order is incorrect on our part. If returning an order, make sure it is tracked and protected so that it reaches us in a re-saleable condition.
If the order is damaged, you must notify us within 24hrs of receiving your order. We will require evidence in the form of images emailed to email@example.com within 48hrs of receiving your order. Once we have received the evidence, we will arrange for the order to be collected and you will receive a full refund including delivery fee within 14 days.
