Returns Policy: 

We will offer a full refund provided you tell us in writing within 14 days of the delivery. The products must be unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition. The delivery fee is non-refundable except for circumstances where the product is damaged, or an order is incorrect on our part.  If returning an order, make sure it is tracked and protected so that it reaches us in a re-saleable condition. 

 

If the order is damaged, you must notify us within 24hrs of receiving your order. We will require evidence in the form of images emailed to info@goldkeyremovals.com within 48hrs of receiving your order. Once we have received the evidence, we will arrange for the order to be collected and you will receive a full refund including delivery fee within 14 days. 

This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights. 

Delivery:

 

We offer 1–2 day delivery services to anywhere within the U.K. mainland on orders placed before 12pm.  Delivery fee of £12.50 will be applied. Please make sure that someone is available to sign for your order.  If you are not available to take delivery, or we are unable to leave your order in a safe place (with photographic proof), you may be charged for re-delivery.  Deliveries are not made at weekends or on bank holidays.  Please allow 2 working days from orders placed during weekends or bank holidays.
